Abstract

Workplace conflict is inevitable when employees of various backgrounds and different work styles are brought together for a shared business purpose. Conflict can and should be managed and resolved. This study explores the critical role of conflict management in shaping employee satisfaction within Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Given the unique challenges faced by MSMEs, such as limited resources and informal structures, effective conflict resolution strategies are essential for fostering a harmonious work environment. Utilizing a quantitative approach, this research examines the impact of various conflict management techniques on employee morale and satisfaction. The findings highlight the significant positive correlation between structured conflict management and increased employee satisfaction, underscoring the importance of adopting collaborative and supportive conflict resolution methods in MSMEs to enhance overall organizational performance.
