Abstract

Researchers from Inner Mongolia University of Technology conducted a study on the crystal growth of hydrated calcium silicate synthesized from fly ash and lime milk at 100 degrees Celsius. The research focused on incorporating amorphous silica from fly ash and lime milk into microporous calcium silicate powders through dynamic hydrothermal synthesis. Results showed the formation of microporous calcium silicate from an amorphous gel into a crystalline form, with diverse calcium silicate minerals and particle sizes between 10 and 20 micrometers. The study was funded by various organizations and has been peer-reviewed. [Extracted from the article]
