Abstract

A study conducted at Changchun Normal University in the People's Republic of China focused on developing a novel electrochemical luminescence sensor for the ultrasensitive detection of tigecycline, a third-generation tetracycline antibiotic. The sensor utilized porous graphite-phase carbon nitride and other components to achieve a low detection limit and demonstrated stability, selectivity, and reproducibility, making it suitable for detecting tigecycline in milk samples. The research was supported by the Science and Technology Development Plan Project of Jilin Province, China, and has been peer-reviewed.
