Abstract

A study conducted by the Department of Pediatrics in Zhejiang, People's Republic of China, focused on the potential diagnostic biomarker Long Non-coding Rna Ssc4d in promoting gastric cell proliferation and metastasis. The research found that SSC4D, when silenced, inhibited gastric cancer cell malignancy and tumorigenesis. The study concluded that SSC4D plays an oncogenic role in promoting gastric cancer cell growth, migration, invasiveness, and tumor growth. This research has been peer-reviewed and provides valuable insights into the role of biomarkers in cancer progression. [Extracted from the article]
