Abstract
- A recent meta-analysis conducted by researchers at Udayana University in Bali, Indonesia, explored the association between de novo C1q-binding donor-specific anti-HLA antibodies and clinical outcomes after kidney transplantation. The study found that patients who developed C1q-binding antibodies had a higher risk of antibody-mediated rejection and allograft loss compared to those with non-C1q-binding antibodies. This research provides valuable insights into the impact of these antibodies on kidney transplant outcomes. [Extracted from the article]
