Abstract
- The article focuses on the importance of restoring trust in patient-provider relationships by incorporating humanistic approaches in healthcare education, such as using literature, theater, and the arts. It argues that these methods can enhance understanding of patients' experiences and foster empathy, which are essential in rebuilding trust that may have been lost due to systemic pressures, sociocultural conflicts, or past healthcare crises like the COVID-19 pandemic.
