Abstract

A recent study conducted by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) Indian Veterinary Research Institute focused on the prevalence of bat Lyssavirus in Assam, India. The study collected 34 brain samples from nine species of bats in Assam, but none tested positive for the lyssavirus.
