WOMEN IN ADMINISTRATION: OVERSTEPPING OBSTACLES.

This article presents the speech of Mary Louise Gehring, associate dean of arts and sciences at Baylor University, on a seminar about women in administration, which was sponsored by the Association for Communication Administration at a convention in the U.S. Gehring presented a personal commentary on her college experiences as a successful administrator on several campuses.
