Abstract

This study specifically discusses the low-carbon emission production scheduling model and algorithm of intelligent manufacturing based on energy and environmental efficiency. This paper constructs a multi-objective optimization model and uses genetic algorithm to solve the problem, so as to verify the effectiveness of the model in many aspects, such as improving production efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and reducing carbon emissions. Using the experimental analysis results, it can be seen that the algorithm in this paper can improve the production efficiency of enterprises, reduce their energy consumption, reduce carbon emissions, and provide scientific basis and technical support for the vision of green manufacturing.
