Abstract

A recent study conducted at the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University focused on the role of INTS7 in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). The research found that downregulation of INTS7 suppressed cancer cell proliferation, invasion, and migration, as well as tumor growth. The study also highlighted the involvement of the p38MAPK pathway in the regulatory mechanism of INTS7. Overall, the findings suggest that targeting INTS7 may hold promise as a potential therapy for LUAD. [Extracted from the article]
