Abstract
- A study conducted in Israel by Veterinary Services examined the effectiveness of rabies vaccination in sheep and goats, with and without booster doses. Results showed that a high percentage of animals had sufficient rabies antibodies after the initial vaccination, and booster doses helped maintain antibody levels in some cases. Variations in immune responses between species suggest the need for further research to tailor vaccination protocols for different animals. The study highlights the importance of vaccination in preventing rabies in farm animals. [Extracted from the article]
