Abstract
- A study conducted in Belfort, France, evaluated the effects of a single intraarticular injection of a HA/TXA conjugate on knee osteoarthritis in mice. The research found that the HA/TXA treatment showed greater efficacy in reducing pain and slowing OA progression compared to saline and HA alone. The study concluded that both HA and HA/TXA exhibited chondroprotective effects in the murine model of osteoarthritis. [Extracted from the article]
