INNOVATIVE INSTALLATION AWARD.

The author describes her works as an artist. She relates that her textile installations represent natural environments and are photographed in nature. Some of her works include "Vietnam at the Spree," which was developed in a process over time, "Mosquito Tree at Oak Creek" which was made while visiting her sister during a heat wave, and "Connecticut Compost Heap," which was inspired by a circular garden at Queens Botanical Garden in Flushing, New York.
