A recent study conducted by researchers at Central South University explores the role of ATAD2 (ATPase Family AAA Domain-Containing 2) in thyroid cancer. The study analyzed the expression and alteration profiles of ATAD2 in various tumor types and its relationship with immune infiltration. The results showed that ATAD2 is overexpressed in most cancers and is associated with poor prognosis.
