Abstract
- A recent article in Vaccine Weekly discusses a comprehensive computational analysis of the mutational landscape of the Monkeypox virus (MPXV) proteome. The study reconstructed the mutational landscapes of 171 MPXV proteins using advanced mutational effect predictors and evaluated the predicted structures with various metrics.
