Abstract
- A recent study conducted at UCSI University focused on the green synthesis of ginger-encapsulated zinc oxide nanoparticles and their potential cytotoxicity on breast cancer cells. The researchers used a bottom-up approach to develop the nanoparticles without the use of hazardous substances. The study found that the ginger-encapsulated zinc oxide nanoparticles effectively induced cell death in the breast cancer cell line and inhibited the proliferation and migration of cancerous cells. This research provides valuable insights into the potential use of green-synthesized nanoparticles in cancer treatment. [Extracted from the article]
