Abstract

A recent study conducted by researchers from Belmont University explores the impact and process of transitioning from face-to-face to online teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study involved interviews with 24 faculty members from a private southeastern university. The findings highlight the need for structured support for faculty, including technological and instructional design assistance, dedicated time for learning and incorporating instructional changes, and mental health services.
