The study analyzed gene expression profiles and conducted enrichment analyses to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) associated with PTC. The research identified 30 key target genes and found that the expressions of ANK2, TLE1, and TCF4 were down-regulated in PTC compared to normal thyroid tissues.
