Abstract
- A research report from Wuhan University in Hubei, China, explores the identification of potential biomarkers for papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) using comprehensive bioinformatics analysis. The study analyzed gene expression profiles and conducted enrichment analyses to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) associated with PTC. The research identified 30 key target genes and found that the expressions of ANK2, TLE1, and TCF4 were down-regulated in PTC compared to normal thyroid tissues. These differential genes are expected to serve as reliable molecular markers for the study and diagnosis of PTC. The research was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
