Abstract
- A study conducted at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in China investigated the efficacy and safety of ofatumumab in treating neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSDs). The study analyzed the clinical data of 25 patients with NMOSDs who were treated with ofatumumab. The patients were divided into two groups, and after one year of treatment, it was found that continuous administration of ofatumumab reduced recurrence of the disorder. However, caution should be exercised when combining ofatumumab with corticosteroids due to the risk of infection. [Extracted from the article]
