Abstract
- New breast cancer research conducted in Warangal, India has focused on the synthesis of novel pyrrole-chromone based chalcones and their potential anti-breast cancer activity. The researchers found that one particular compound, synthesized with a 30% NaOH solution at a temperature of 60-65 °C for twelve hours, yielded positive results. In silico studies showed that these compounds exhibited strong binding affinity to proteins associated with breast cancer, indicating their potential as anti-breast cancer drugs. Further research is needed to explore the development of these compounds as potential treatments. [Extracted from the article]
