Abstract
- A recent study conducted by researchers at Korea University College of Medicine aimed to develop a protocol for evaluating respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccines. The researchers used an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to assess the accuracy, precision, and specificity of the protocol. They found that the protocol was effective in evaluating RSV vaccines and demonstrated high accuracy and precision. The study also revealed cross-reactivity of antibodies against certain RSV antigens. This research provides valuable insights for the development and evaluation of RSV vaccines.
