Abstract

A new report from the Second Affiliated Hospital discusses the case of a young woman diagnosed with cervical mullerian adenosarcoma, a rare uterine sarcoma. The patient underwent tumor resection and did not receive adjuvant treatment due to fertility requirements. She has been closely followed up after the operation and has not experienced any relapses. The research suggests that for women with fertility requirements, close follow-ups should be conducted after tumor resection to prevent recurrence, and radical tumor resection should be performed as early as possible once fertility is no longer a concern.
