Abstract

This article discusses a study conducted in Himachal Pradesh, India, to compare the nutrient content of crops grown in different production systems. The study found that the conventional system had the highest macronutrient content, while the organic system had the highest sulfur and micronutrient content. Among the crops, black gram had the highest nutrient content, while okra had the lowest. The study emphasizes the importance of nutrient management for food and nutritional security. The findings have implications for sustainable agriculture and food security. [Extracted from the article]
