Abstract

The article "Massification and Networking" by Vilém Flusser explores the impact of the information revolution on public and private spaces. Flusser argues that the flow of information has disrupted public space and blurred the boundaries of private spaces. He suggests that society has become passive consumers of information and proposes the idea of networking to make people active producers of information. However, he raises concerns about the concept of competence and the absurdity of cultural engagement. This document is a brief reflection on post-political ideas and may be of interest to researchers studying post-political theories. [Extracted from the article]
