Abstract

The article discusses the importance of relational health in early childhood education (ECE) communities and provides a framework for supporting it. The framework includes three types of assets: relational, restorative, and organizational. The article suggests strategies for supporting each type of asset, such as developing a common language, seeking professional development, and creating a culture of wellness. It also emphasizes the significance of recognizing trauma and establishing shared values within the ECE community. The research findings are based on an online survey of ECE professionals and highlight the need for further studies with larger and more diverse samples. [Extracted from the article]
