Abstract

A recent research study conducted at Urmia University of Technology explored the effect of environmental temperature on gene transcription. The study utilized the Nose-Hoover thermostat to model the impact of temperature on gene expression, focusing on the degradation rates of messenger RNA and proteins. The researchers found that the optimal temperature for the production of mRNA molecules by Escherichia coli bacteria is 306 Kelvin. Additionally, the study revealed that faster degradation of mRNA molecules leads to increased transcription and a more chaotic system. This research provides valuable insights into the complex phenomenon of gene expression. [Extracted from the article]
