Abstract

The successful implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) requires a holistic perspective. Previous studies have found that the adoption of BPM Methods (BPMM) indirectly contributes to Process Performance (PP) by building a culture that supports BPM. This study examines the mediating role of BPM Culture (BPMC) and the moderating role organization size on the Performance of BPMM and Processes in Situbondo Regency and Surabaya City. Surveys were designed and distributed to employees in each agency. The results are analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results reveal that organizational size also influences the BPMC relationship between BPMM and PP. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
