Abstract
- A recent report from the University of Jos in Nigeria discusses the stability of a live Newcastle Disease LaSota vaccine formulated with Plectranthus esculentus tuber starch derivatives as stabilizers. The study conducted stability tests on the vaccine post freeze-drying and during storage at different temperatures. The results showed that the acetylated xerogel stabilized vaccines were the most stable at higher temperatures. This research provides valuable insights into the formulation and storage of veterinary vaccines. [Extracted from the article]
