Abstract
- A recent study conducted by the Polish Academy of Sciences explores the use of bionanocomposite drug carriers in improving drug therapy. These carriers, which are based on biopolymers such as lipids, polysaccharides, and proteins, have shown the ability to efficiently load therapeutic substances and control drug release. They also demonstrate desirable biocompatibility, making them promising for potential application in drug therapy. The development of these advanced drug carriers has the potential to significantly advance pharmacology by improving therapeutic efficacy while minimizing side effects. [Extracted from the article]
