The first shift is from being answer-providers to questioners, emphasizing the importance of curiosity and asking the right questions. The second shift suggests more fluidity in executive roles, allowing leaders to have time for thinking and adapting to new challenges. The third shift focuses on reducing leadership complexity by simplifying the business structure. Lastly, the article suggests balancing performance with regeneration, acknowledging the need for leaders to have time for rest and recovery.
