Abstract
- The implementation of key competencies-oriented curriculum reform in the new era needs high-quality PE teachers to provide support, and the "Notice on the Implementation of the National Training Plan for Teachers in Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary Schools (2021 - 2025)" clearly takes "cultivation of teachers' key competencies" as the first important work. In order to explore the cultivation path of PE Teachers' development key competencies, this study set up the experimental group and the control group, and provided module courses for the experimental group, in order to verify the training effect of famous teachers base learning on PE teachers' development key competencies. The results showed that: famous teacher base learning can improve the key competencies of the experimental group's PE teachers. such as core values (teacher-student view, system view), essential character (sports moral character), key ability (curriculum understanding ability, teaching implementation ability, teaching research and learning reflection ability), but it has no obvious effect on the promotion of sports humanities and scientific spirit, extracurricular sports implementation ability; In the control group, the key competencies level of PE teachers can also be formed and improved naturally, but the progress is slow. Therefore, the study of famous teacher base learning is a feasible way to effectively improve the key competencies of PE teachers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
