Abstract
- A meta-analysis conducted by researchers at Jilin University in Changchun, China, examined the consistency between circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in plasma and tumor tissue samples in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. The analysis included 15 research studies and found that the consistency of using plasma ctDNA to detect mutations in NSCLC patients is influenced by the type of mutation gene and the sample size. The researchers concluded that there is a significant bias in related studies. This research has been peer-reviewed and published in Cellular and Molecular Biology. [Extracted from the article]
