Abstract

Researchers at Newcastle University in the United Kingdom have conducted a study on chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and its association with the non-canonical NF-kappa B signaling pathway. The study found that high levels of RelB, a subunit of NF-kappa B, were correlated with nuclear RelB protein expression and were associated with certain genetic mutations and shorter survival in CLL patients. The researchers suggest that targeting the non-canonical NF-kappa B signaling pathway could be a potential therapeutic approach for CLL. This study provides valuable insights into the pathology of CLL and potential treatment strategies. [Extracted from the article]
