Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the legislative changes to litigation funding of Class Actions in Australia. Method/Approach: - The approach used in this paper follows a legal form of investigation in which review and analysis is undertaken of the arguments for and against the need for special legislation dealing with Funding of Class Actions.
