Abstract
- This article presents a historical overview beginning in 1949, when the new democratic administration initiated administrative improvements based on international research. Following World War II, there was an increase in the number of Civil Servants, as well as economic concerns such as rising inflation and declining living conditions. The bureaucracy's problems with successive governments stem from their failure to comprehend the bureaucracy's role. During the 1960 revolution, three groups with specific responsibility for reorganising economic and administrative institutions and executing five-year plans were established. Discusses the long-term effects of the excessive inspection and evaluation that has persisted in all areas of government activity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
