The article presents information about Henry Barrett Chamberlin. A graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, Colonel Chamberlm was engaged in the profession of Journalism from 1891-1919. He rose through all levels of newspaper work to the office of Editor-in-Chief of the Chicago Record-Herald. From 1914-1919 he was engaged in magazine work as Editor of "The Voter," of "Chamberlin's Magazine," and as President of "Chamberlin's Service."
