Abstract
- This article focuses on United Stations Radio Networks Inc.. United Stations Radio Networks, which calls itself the largest independently owned and operated network in the U.S., signed a 10-year lease for 19,000-square-foot offices at 1065 Sixth Ave., at West 40th Street in New York City. The building's asking rents average $36 a square foot. United Stations also wanted an office central enough to encourage entertainers like Ozzy Osbourne and Dan Aykroyd to stop by to record shows. The radio network was co-founded by Dick Clark.
