Abstract

I would like to dedicate my article to the late Prof Keith Hollinshead. I now think that Keith must have offered John Urry a ride once, which undoubtedly sparked the idea of the mobilities paradigm, particularly around the movement of knowledge and ideas, quite literally performed by Keith. Whilst the veracity of Keith's experience is now forever lost in the plurisphere - with only versions/plural knowabilities of what may have occurred available - it is worth noting that this synergy produced a seminal special issue on worldmaking: a thematic area which remains one of Keith's key contributions to the field.
