Abstract
- The article focuses on the current opportunities and challenges in Canadian higher education regarding equity, diversity, inclusion, decolonization and Indigenization. It highlights the importance of collective perseverance and reflexive approaches in educational programs, including admissions policies, decolonization efforts, teacher education and addressing gender-based harassment and discrimination.
