Abstract

With the rapid development of 5G networks and the IoT(Internet of Things), intelligent networked vehicles have attracted more and more attention. Due to the mobility characteristics of the vehicle and the range of communication between the roadside unit and the vehicle, it is limited. Therefore, there will be a situation where the vehicle has left the communication range of the RSU before the computing task is completed. So a novel approach based on V2I direct transmission and V2V auxiliary transmission is proposed. Firstly, by estimating the vehicle movement, the amount of data returned, the maximum transmission delay and the effective life of the link, the transmission strategy is determined. Secondly, when designing the auxiliary transmission strategy, the factors such as the speed, direction and position of the vehicle are comprehensively considered, and these factors are measured by the stability effect value. When constructing the return link, a greedy selection method is adopted, and the neighbor node with the maximum stability and efficiency value is selected as the relay node. Experimental results show that the data return approach proposed in this paper is better than other algorithms in terms of transmission delay and packet delivery rate. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
