Abstract

Vascular tumors of the breast are rare, and most can be classified as either hemangiomas or angiosarcomas. Breast hemangiomas are benign vascular tumors that are often found incidentally at pathologic examination. Breast hemangiomas may mimic low grade angiosarcomas, which are malignant vascular tumors. This article illustrates the imaging characteristics of breast hemangiomas and breast angiosarcomas across multiple imaging modalities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
