- The article focuses on the authorization of nonlawyers to practice law in state courts,U.S., including two case of UPL (Unauthorized Practice of Law) lawsuits, Florida Bar v. Brumbaugh and Upsolve Inc. v. James and examines the legal monopoly's impact on access to justice.
