Abstract
- The article focuses on a U.S. Defense Department's inspector general report which states that Jonathan Howerton, who served as director of the White House Military Office from 2019-21 may be punished for misconduct in office. According to the report, Howerton disregarded the government rules for travel expenditures and used coarse words and gestures during his term.
