Integrative oncology: evidence-based medicine – The multidisciplinary experience of the Integrative Medicine Research Group (IMRG).

The purpose of this conference was to explain the relationship between the integrative and complementary medicine and cancer disease through evidence-based medicine. The topics covered are numerous and are characterized by the multidisciplinary approach of the researchers involved in this complex scenario. The Integrative Medicine Research Group (IMRG) studies the complementary and integrative approach in cancer patients with the aim to highlight the risk of drug and nutraceutical and, at the same time, improve the quality of life in this particular set of patients.
