Abstract

A main aspect of the digitalisation of production processes is the increase of process flexibility. An option to raise the flexibility is a sufficient reaction to unplanned process interruptions. Disruption management supports decision-makers to reduce the influence of such situations on the production process. This paper describes a task prioritisation method for disruption correction, based on the maximal network plan technique. The proposed algorithm combines machine-learning techniques with expert knowledge to raise the time-cost efficiency. As a case study, the assembly and integration of Ariane 6 upper composite in the ArianeGroup plant in Bremen is used. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
