Abstract: The article presents a case study of a 62-year-old man with hallux metatarsophalangeal joint arthrodesis. Topics include computed tomographic (CT) scan being obtained thereafter confirming nonunion with corroborating radiologist read for minimal bony bridging; and demonstrating good alignment and the patient progressed to full weightbearing in a hard-soled shoe.
