Abstract

This article presents a call for nominations of editors in 2000 for Communication Teacher, Free Speech Yearbook and the International and Intercultural Communication Annual. Following nomination by the National Communication Association (NCA) Publications Board and endorsement by the Administrative Committee, the candidates will be submitted for approval by a postal ballot to Legislative Council members in 2000. Communication Teacher, a 16-page magazine for communication educators, is published quarterly by NCA. The incoming editor would produce his or her first issue in 2001. Free Speech Yearbook, an annual publication devoted to freedom of expression issues, is published annually by NCA, formerly published by Southern Illinois University Press. The incoming editor would be responsible for producing 2001, 2002, and 2003 volumes. International and Intercultural Communication Annual, an annual publication devoted to the study of international and intercultural issues in communication, is published every year by Sage Publications Inc., and is co-sponsored by NCA. The NCA Publications Board oversees the editorial selection process. After appointment, the editor will sign a contract with Sage to produce three volumes.
