OPENING DOORS: Professional Theatres Partner with HBCUs to Help Develop Black Leaders.

The article presents the discussion on professional theatre community supporting and developing Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) artists and leaders. Topics include theatres making a commitment to a more inclusive future through partnerships with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs); and addressing not just the dearth of Black artists but also the lack of women in leadership roles at theatres.
