Synthesis and Electrical Memory Properties of Eu-containing Polyimide with Bipyridyl Units.

A novel polyimide containing Eu complexes with bipyridine units in the main chain was synthesized via polycondensation and coordination reaction. The memory device based on the Eubonded polyimide showed nonvolatile memory behavior with low threshold voltage, high current ratio and good long-term stability.
