- LINSEY DAVIS (ABC NEWS) (Off-camera) A Capitol police officer is now the first officer to be charged with obstruction of justice in the January 6th riot. Officer Michael Reilly is accused of telling a rioter, quote, "I agree with your political stance" and then allegedly helping him evade justice for his role in the January 6th insurrection which injured many of the officers' peers.
